We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, event details, account information, and messages when you submit a form, create a client account, or communicate with us.

We use your information to respond to inquiries, provide photography and film services, manage bookings, support client accounts, process service-related requests, and improve our website experience.

If you access a client portal, shared gallery, or proofing area, we may process account access information and event-related content needed to provide those services.

We use analytics and error reporting tools to understand website performance, diagnose technical issues, and improve reliability. These tools may collect technical information such as device, browser, page activity, and error details.

We use essential cookies for authentication, session management, and website functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.

We may use trusted third-party platforms for hosting, analytics, error tracking, communication, payments, and gallery delivery. These providers process information according to their own policies and our service needs.

We keep a contact inquiry while we are discussing your event. Once a month, the studio reviews inquiries that have had no contact for 12 months. If you book with us, the inquiry becomes part of your client record. If an inquiry does not go ahead, the studio deletes it from the application database during the first monthly review after 12 months from closure or our last contact, whichever is later. Technical details sent with a form (IP address, browser, session and campaign information) are reviewed monthly and removed after 12 months, or sooner when the inquiry is deleted, unless a documented legal requirement applies. Records of confirmation messages are deleted with the inquiry after 12 months from the last message or closure, whichever is later. We stop marketing when you withdraw consent; otherwise the studio reviews consent monthly and removes it after 24 months without engagement, keeping only a minimal record needed to prevent further contact. Information needed for a documented legal requirement is deleted during the first monthly review after that requirement ends. Production backups are not currently enabled. If backups are enabled later, they will use a 30-day rolling window and prior deletions will be applied again after a restore.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw marketing consent, by emailing us at the address in the Contact section below. We acknowledge requests within 7 days and aim to complete them within 30 days after verifying your identity. Deleting an inquiry removes the lead and its related records from our application database and cancels unsent confirmation work. Copies of emails or WhatsApp messages already delivered through our messaging providers are removed on request where the provider supports it; otherwise they expire under that provider's own policy.
