By accessing or using the Srishti Studio website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Specific terms for each engagement, including dates, deliverables, and coverage details, are defined in individual service agreements and booking contracts.

Payment schedules, deposits, and accepted payment methods will be outlined in your service agreement. A non-refundable retainer is typically required to secure your date.

Cancellation policies and rescheduling terms are governed by your signed service agreement. In the event of cancellation, the retainer fee remains non-refundable.

Clients are expected to ensure cooperation from guests, provide necessary access at venues, and communicate specific requirements prior to the event.

Photographs, films, edits, designs, and other creative works produced by Srishti Studio remain the intellectual property of Srishti Studio unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients may receive personal usage rights for viewing, sharing, and preserving delivered content, subject to their individual service agreement.

Estimated delivery timelines for previews and final assets will be provided in your agreement. We strive to deliver the highest quality content in a timely manner.

We may utilize third-party platforms for gallery delivery, payment processing, and other services. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms.

Srishti Studio shall not be liable for failures or delays in performing our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where a separate signed agreement, invoice, proposal, or booking confirmation applies to a service, that document will control the specific commercial terms for that engagement.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
